QA/QC Introduction

The Quality Control Department is responsible for quality control, under the leadership of general manager. The department is divided into four groups: raw and processed materials tested, working procedure inspected, product final examined, after sales service. All raw and processed materials should be tested before taken into the factory. All the solid wood should be dried and sterilized. The timber should be re-dried during production. The examination is done by workers and checkers during the production. All products are inspected, tested and tried finally before package. Pressure test is done to ensure the quality of products delivered to customers and guarantee all the finished goods are 100% eligible. If any customer complains about the quality, the QC department will deal with this matter as soon as possible. They will tell the customer how to deal with this problem through phone or by fax. And the same time, they will analyze how it happens, and then avoid these problems again.
